ABOUT THE ARTIST
A USC Film School-trained photographer with a cinematic approach to photographing real estate, Chris Norden began his photographic journey in the Filmic Writing Program of the USC School of Cinema-Television in Los Angeles and went on to become Director of Photography for Beaufort, Explorer, Lowcountry Quarterly, and Select magazines representing historic and other fine properties of the South Carolina coast; for the video and print divisions of Southeast Marketing Services; and for AirCam, a South Carolina-based, state-of-the-art real estate aerial photography company. He spent seven years creating ADDY award-winning promotional campaigns and marketing materials (and writing and photographing travel articles) for Charleston, South Carolina's major daily, The Post and Courier. From 2005 to 2008, Chris art directed the real estate-oriented magazines, Coastal Condo Living and Carolina Homes & Interiors. Now based out of Tucson, Arizona, Chris is ready to help you take the visual marketing of your listing to the next level.

For listings below $300,000, the price for your photography package will simply be 0.0005% of your property's listed price. For example, if the asking price of your listing is $150,000, just multiply that by 0.0005 to arrive at your photography price ($75). A $200,000 listing would be $100; a $250,000 listing would be $125, etc. For listings of $300,000 and above, I am charging a flat $150 as my introductory rate in order to encourage you to use my services. I keep the copyright (as is standard in the industry). And you have unlimited usage rights to the set of images you purchased in perpetuity. It's that simple!
